## Summary

**Segments** allow you to categorize financial data and MindBridge data into meaningful groups that align with your firm's methodologies, accelerating a more targeted and efficient analysis. Segments help your team to quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within specific areas of the business, and supports more granular and actionable reporting to help your organization make better informed decisions.

Segments can be created within the library for your team to use in a repeatable and efficient manner across their engagements.
