In order to manually create reports for General Ledger Activity, clients will require a license to XLOne, an Excel based reporting tool built into TechnologyOne Financials.

Extract data

Export a general ledger report from either the suite of reports or, using your report builder, create a report with the following parameters:

• Ledger
• Data Source
